The range features skirts, trousers and tops in denims, jersey, wool and Harris Tweed. The attention to detail starts at the source, where initial investment ensures a high quality product. The fabrics are carefully chosen for their high natural fibre content, desirable handle and UK origin - Roobedo aspires to use more Scottish produced cloth, particularly from the hebrides and the borders, as well as commissioning local businesses to weave (on tradititional hand-looms) and print fabrics (using manual screen printing techniques).

Roobedo is committed to sustaining local resources, which, when mixed with it's own personal design-signature, can promote Scotland as a whole.

Every Roobedo garment is designed, cut, sewn and finished by Ruth herself. The cloth is cut in single ply, buttons and hems are stitched by hand, and this is why an order can take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.
