Placing an order with roobedo is easy, you can shop online or by mail order.

1. Browse the Roobedo collection which has been organised by fabric type. When you find an item you like click on the 'add to shopping bag' button. At anytime you can view the contents of your shopping bag by clicking the small shopping bag at the top left of the screen.
   
   
2. Next, pick your fabric, size and finish preferences for the item you have selected. Use the fabric swatches to select your fabric and colour, and the drop down lists to select your size. Or have your clothes made-to-measure, finished to your exact requirements, for a truly personal touch.
   
   
3. When you have finished shopping simply click on the pay button. You will be transferred to our secure server, then be asked to enter your payment and address details to confirm your order.

Order by email

Send email to , quoting your order details, your name, address, credit card number and expiration date. (Note we do not recommend sending your credit card details by email it is safer to use our secure server.)

made-to-measure service

Roobedo clothes are hand made to order. For a truly personalised service you may request that the clothes are finished to your individual instructions. When placing the order simply specify 'made-to-measure' when selecting your size. You will be prompted with a form to complete, with measuring instructions supplied. Read these carefully and remember to measure accurately and honestly. Your made-to-measure instructions will be sent along with your order to Roobedo for completion. This service is charged at a minimum of £15.

order confirmation

On placing an order, we will send you confirmation via email, detailing any special requirements and the total cost. Roobedo clothes are handmade to order and delivery will be approximately four weeks from confirmation of your order.

On receipt of full payment your order will be processed.

Please note we are unable to change your original fabric choice, size or special requirements once you have confirmed your order.

delivery

There is a standard charge of £7.00 for UK deliveries. Overseas delivery costs are £14. For deliveries outwith Europe and the United States delivery costs may vary depending on destination and weight. Please contact roobedo for further details.
